Minoxidil
Topical (or oral) drug that increases blood flow to hair follicles.
Minoxidil is available OTC as a topical (Rogaine) and via prescription as a low-dose oral pill. It widens blood vessels around hair follicles. Works for both men and women; effects begin after 3-6 months.
