What we collect

Quiz answers: stored to provide your matches. We do not collect identifying medical history beyond what is necessary to surface programs.
Hashed IP + approximate region: for fraud prevention and regional eligibility. We never store raw IPs.
Browser metadata: user agent, referer, UTM parameters.
Cookies: glp_lc (last-click attribution, 30 days), consent preference.

What we don't collect

We do not collect Social Security numbers, health insurance information, prescription history, or PHI (Protected Health Information as defined under HIPAA). Any such information is collected directly by partner programs, on their own systems, governed by their own privacy practices.

How we use information

To match you with programs aligned with your stated preferences.
To detect and prevent fraud (e.g. click fraud, eligibility abuse).
To report aggregate, anonymous traffic to our partners for commission attribution.
To improve the site (analytics, only if you consent).

Sharing

When you click through to a partner, that partner becomes the data controller for your subsequent interaction. We share with them only the click identifier required for commission attribution (no quiz answers, no PII).

Your rights

Under GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California), you have the right to access, delete, or request a copy of your data. Email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Children

WeighedHealth is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
