WeighedHealth links to third-party telehealth providers, brands, and platforms. We do not endorse, control, or guarantee their products, services, pricing, accuracy, or availability. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

WeighedHealth is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GLPZOOM, ITS OPERATORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, MEDICAL OUTCOMES, PERSONAL INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR ANY INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO:
- your use of, or inability to use, the site;
- any content, information, recommendation, or material on the site;
- any action you take based on content on the site;
- any transaction, product, service, or interaction you have with a partner brand accessed through the site;
- any prescription, treatment, diagnosis, side effect, adverse event, or medical outcome arising from a partner's care;
- any breach of contract, defective product, billing dispute, refund issue, shipping problem, or customer-service failure on the part of a partner brand;
- unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, even if WeighedHealth has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF GLPZOOM, IF ANY, EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID GLPZOOM DIRECTLY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS LESS. YOU PAY GLPZOOM NOTHING, THIS SITE IS FREE TO USE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeighedHealth and its operators, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any interaction you have with a partner brand; or (d) any content you submit through quiz responses or other forms.
No agency relationship
Nothing in these Terms or on this site creates any agency, partnership, joint-venture, employment, fiduciary, or franchise relationship between you and WeighedHealth, or between WeighedHealth and any partner brand. We are an independent comparison platform, partner brands operate independently and are solely responsible for the products, services, prices, terms, privacy practices, and medical care they offer.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use this site. By using WeighedHealth you represent that you meet these requirements.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
