Originally a breast cancer drug, now off-label first-line for ovulation induction. Better live-birth rates than clomid in PCOS trials. 2.5-7.5mg days 3-7 of cycle. Lower multiple-pregnancy risk than clomid. Standard telehealth fertility prescribing.
