GLP-1 telehealth pricing (2026)

What 15 GLP-1 telehealth providers actually cost, read from each provider's own page. The headline number is rarely the real one: most bill a platform or membership fee AND the medication separately, and the advertised price often applies only to an intro period or the lowest dose. This table shows the honest starting all-in monthly cost. Free to cite under CC BY 4.0 — please link back.

Verified 2026-08-09. Prices change often — confirm with the provider. Rows marked ★ are our affiliate partners (disclosure); they are placed by price, not commission.

How to read this table

Platform fee vs medication

Most brand-name providers (Ro, Hims, Sesame, PlushCare) charge a membership fee and bill the medication separately. The honest monthly cost is the sum, not the teaser.

Brand-name vs compounded

Brand-name providers dispense FDA-approved Wegovy/Zepbound/Ozempic. Compounded providers dispense pharmacy-prepared semaglutide/tirzepatide, which are NOT FDA-approved. In 2026 the FDA declared the shortages resolved, so Ro and Hims exited compounded and now sell brand-name only.

Intro vs ongoing price

Several advertised prices (NovoCare $199, Sesame $199, Ro's first month) apply only to the first fills or lowest dose, then step up. Read the fine print.

Pharmacy + LegitScript

Whether a compounded provider names its 503A pharmacy and holds LegitScript certification are transparency signals — their absence is a flag, not proof of a problem.

WeighedHealth Editorial. “GLP-1 Telehealth Pricing Dataset (2026).” WeighedHealth, 2026-08-09. https://weighedhealth.com/research/glp1-telehealth-pricing-2026

Method: each provider's advertised price was read from its own pricing page on 2026-08-09 (or, where a page blocked automated reads, a dated pharmacist-authored source), and separated into platform fee vs medication. This is advertised pricing, not a negotiated or insurance-adjusted quote. See our methodology and the sourced statistics page.
