SNRI
Antidepressant class that boosts both serotonin and norepinephrine. Often used when SSRIs don't work.
Serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs), duloxetine, venlafaxine, work on two neurotransmitters instead of one. Often a second-line choice for depression and anxiety, and a first-line choice for some chronic pain conditions.
