Branded semaglutide for type 2 diabetes (also widely used off-label for weight).
Ozempic is semaglutide 0.25-2mg weekly, FDA-approved for type 2 diabetes. Same active as Wegovy but typically lower max dose. Off-label weight-loss use is widespread (and partially responsible for Wegovy shortages).
